It’s been been 8 months and still no gift card. I’ve called and contacted the rewards center multiple times.

It said shipped and under details pending fulfillment. Now it magically updated to shipped in Dec. I’ve watched the mail. It’s never been received.

Don’t say you’ll do something and don’t. If they don’t honor their agreement why should I honor my contract.

I can’t imagine I’m the only on this happened to. Before you switch carriers think again!

Getting the same thing. They do not hold up to their end of any agreements.

Therefore, I declare if they drop the ball, don't expect me or anyone else to continue on with their legalese b.s. agreements. No department nor branch of Comcast will help with complaints.

Either they hang up, put you on hold for 45+ minutes, or lie to you, promising to fix it, or even telling you basically tough. Deal with it.
