It’s been been 8 months and still no gift card. I’ve called and contacted the rewards center multiple times.
It said shipped and under details pending fulfillment. Now it magically updated to shipped in Dec. I’ve watched the mail. It’s never been received.
Don’t say you’ll do something and don’t. If they don’t honor their agreement why should I honor my contract.
I can’t imagine I’m the only on this happened to. Before you switch carriers think again!
