So I signed up with Xfinity, the X1 platform 2 months ago. I have been a loyal Direct TV customer for 21 years and never had these consistent issues.

Yes they had their issues BUT in 2 months I have had an "outage" 4x!!!! No tv, No internet, No alarm. Their CSR rep's are absolutely rude and have hung up on me and transferred me to someone else bc they didn't want to deal with the current issue. I am currently on hold and it's been over 35 minutes, and holding!

If you are with DTV, the grass is not greener on the other side. STAY WITH DTV at least they want to help! Comcast / Xfinity has the worst CRS. AND RIGHT now my line just got disconnected.

BOO-FREAKING HOO!!! You must be doing something wrong or not know how to use the equipment correctly.

I have never had a single issue with Comcast at all.
