I have been a comcast service member for many years consistently shocked at how horrible their service is. Their customer service representatives are consistently rude and when you get a nice one there is nothing they can do to help.
I have tried mulitple times to make payments over the internet they consistently get kicked back because of whatever, so instead of notifying me of the issue they disconnect services when I try to pay by phone they want to charge me for an issue they are having with their system.
This has been another day that my time has been wasted speaking to a rude Comcast Customer service agent. I am shocked that another company has not wiped this awful company off the map. Horrible service all around from the reps to the actual service.
