I have been fighting with Comcast for an eternity over connection issues. I have called numerous times and have been lied to consistently.

The customer service reps are programmed robots who always understand what you're going through, and are so sorry, and have your back and promise to take care of the issues and call you back later which NEVER happens. This is all a farce of an incredible magnitude. Words cannot express my anger at this horrible excuse for an AMERICAN COMPANY. Please if anybody out there knows of a viable option please post.

Comcast is a company rooted in deceit, lies, horrible service and inferior products.

This company discusses me to xfinity. Shame on the cowards that treat paying customers in this way.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

From a former call center employee, call centers suck. They are poorly trained. They are told to act like they care but not how to act on it.
