I have had Comcast agents lie to me, give me a certain price for the internet and end up overcharging me for their service (MULTIPLE TIMES), and send me equipment after I specifically said I did not need them and then charged me for the equipment. WORST OF ALL, when I tried cancelling the service, they somehow convinced me to put my account on seasonal suspension for $7/month and then did not tell me when they took out the seasonal suspension from my account and charged me $20 for "PARTIAL CHARGES." I specifically asked the customer service rep, who convinced me to put my account on seasonal suspension, if there was going to be extra charges and she said NO.

They always do this crap. I have spend AT LEAST 20 hours on the phone just talking to different customer service reps in the past year. SUCH a waste of time and energy.

If there is any other internet service in your area besides Comcast, I would go with the other company. NO COMPANY CAN BE THIS BAD.
