So - October 9th. No word from COMCAST, no trucks here working on the line.
No refund from lasts months payment. I’d like to think that because it’s a holiday that it just has t posted to my account. BUT I DON’T BELIVE THAT! But everyday I check my Xfinity app just to see what lies the timeline they post on resolving my “issues”.
First of all, this is not my issue! ITS COMCAST’S ISSUE!!! It’s now 8:26. The main line is still on the ground, no trucks anywhere, but here’s what my handy dandy app is telling me!
Does anyone belive my “issues”will be resolved in the next 4 minutes??? It’s 8:32 now!!!
