In 2016 I Canceled My Tv & Internet with Comcast cause the monthly bill began to increase. This two year old account is what Comcast is expecting me to use Now with my NEW account.
It won't let me sign in to pay my bill. Keeps telling me i am the "Seondary User". I Beg Your Pardon? I Better Be The ONLY USER on MY ACCOUNT.!!!
Now because it's a weekend i suppose that my payment will be late due to their idiosyncrasies.
I have told them twice, i am Not going to use the OLD ACCOUNT email address or Account Numbers. This is a New Account.
