Why do I have to surf through hundreds of channels to find the ones in my package? Why do I have to continually view Comcast offers for events and packages? I just want to watch TV!!

Customer service sucks after long hold times and multiple options to get to a human.

It is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and zero customer service. I feel bad for their employees. Man talk about having to get bs all day long while execs rake in millions. Who is going to fix this monopoly?
