I have 3 DAYS of information of how COMCAST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK....but briefly.....after 3 days of begging them to fix a line that was down in my front yard, that was keeping me from having tv or internet connection...I finally gave up !!!The last rep that actually called me back told me once again they could not make it out as they told me they could earlier....I told her either sent someone by the end of the day or Im going to a different company.....she obviously didnt care, and told me sorry they wont be out!

OMG!BEWARE of these people...they DO NOT CARE!!!
