Comcast in Seattle, Washington - No customer service at all

On September 18 Comcast had a subcontractor, Full Bore, lay cable for a neighbor through my front yard, ripping up same, taking out shrubs and raising driveway up to an inch over concrete gutter at street. I called Comcast several times but they didn't bother once to try to reach me. I called Woodinville police and officer said to find out how much to fix and pursue through civil means. On September 22 real estate agent was out to take pictures for selling my home of 40 years which was completed earlier this month but at what qualitative dollar amount was damage they caused? Comcast is a dying beast and now I know why people hate them.

Comcast keeps increasing my bill

On the phone 3 1/2 hours today. One person says my fee is permanent and will not change, then it changes and increases 40%. I call them on it and they say "we never told you that". When I ask for a supervisor, they say "sure let me transfer you" then disconnect the call. This happened 5 times. Each time I asked to be transferred I was hung up on. Unbelievable. I actually had a rep say to me "why would we give you a reduction of your bill? You're not going to get that from us" (I did). I am done with Comcast and i have been a customer for 14 years....they can care less.

COMCAST- TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY

INTERNET NOT WORKING- COULD NOT GET FIXED. CALLED COMCAST FOR HELP- PHONE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE. NOBODY COULD TAKE CARE OF INTERNET PROBLEM. WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 3 - 4 HOURS EVERY TIME I CALLED, MOST OF TIME PUT ON HOLD. MADE APPT FOR SERVICE MAN TO COME TO HOUSE- NEVER SHOWED UP. WOULD NOT CONNECT ME WITH MANAGER WHEN I ASKED POLITELY AND RESPECTFULLY. SERVICE AT OUR HOME WENT DOWN ON AVERAGE ABOUT 20 TIMES A DAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE AT COMCAST TO ANSWER PHONES, GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND PRETEND TO BE HELPING US. THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOBODY SHOWED UP. TOOK TIME OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME DURING THE TIMES HE WAS TO SHOW UP AT OUR HOUSE. NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM COMCAST. NO WAY TO GET HELP ONLINE. DEAD END EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISCONNECTING SERVICE- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Told by Comcast's lobbyist that I'm getting ripped off.

I was at a conference in Chicago and had a beer at a bar. Sitting next to me was the Comcast lobbyist for my region, who just so happened to fly the State Representative of my district out so he could go to a cable company conference as her guest, on Comcast's dime. Everything was on the lobbyiest even my food and drink, which was nice. The most interesting part of the night is when she told me that I was getting ripped off by my deal with Comcast. She gave me her card and told me to call or email her when I got back to the Seattle area but she never returned my messages. My internet goes out at least once a day. My cable was out on Thanksgiving during my football teams last game with their rival of 118 years. I was told that they would keep my rate low b/c the infrastructure in my area was bad (didn't do good due diligence before acquirement a company in the area). They continued to raise my rate anyway even to $202 a month last month and I only had the second tier service. Even they couldn't explain it to me. Yeahhhhh Comcast.....you are about to loose this customer that you've had for 12 years but I realize it's falling on ears that don't care.

It's worse being an employee of CONcast. They fired us after we complained about a supervisor sending emails telling us to work off the clock without pay. We won a class action lawsuit.
