Continued poor service by comcast

Service out again today. Can't send business e mails. Have lost internet at least 9 out of the last 10 days. Kids tell me it has been worse than that. Comcast says SORRY. Not sure why we have to pay full rate when we are not getting average service. Listen I have bad days as well as all people and companies do, BUT CMON Comcast. Deliver what we pay for !!!!!! OR give us credits on our accounts. Be better , strive to be better, tryto be better . do something other than just being!!! Aargh !!! I am using my Verizon hotspot to snd this e mail.

My internet randomly resets itself at least once or twice an hour. I have had technicians out here, nothing has been improved. I have lived at my address for seven years and have never had the speed or connection reliability that we pay for.

Comcast in Olympia, Washington - Bait and switch

I called comcast because my promotion expired and our bill went from $43 per month to $75. I spoke to a representative and he said he would fix this months bill but he could not renew the promotion for another 10 days for the promotion to last another 12 months. So I would need to call back in ten days and he would put a note on my account that I would get the same services again for $43/mo for the next 12 months. So I call back 10 days later and the new customer service representative says that offer has expired and the only special that the have is $60/mo but I should be happy because at that price point my internet speed is 50 mbs and others with that price point only have 25 mbs and the regular price is $ 80 /mo so I am still getting a great deal. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the customer service representative said the supervisor would not be able to offer me anything else and she would not connect me. I wish I had other options. It seems crazy that appliance companies cannot merge because they will control too much of the market but comcast is allowed to be the market. I want nothing more than to fire comcast. It would delight me to see that whole company go out of business! Is it too much to ask for straight forward pricing with no games to be played and if someones says they will do something to follow through on their word? How about some healthy competition to get this company to straighten out the act!

Comcast in Edmonds, Washington - The Company has become too large to care or have a Real Customer Service Department

I have been calling consistently on a billing and supposed verbal contract I agreed to on January 6th with Giovani. I had become fed up with Comcasts constant and consistent large increases in rates. I had decided to change over to their competitor here in the NW Frontier, as they were offering a $69.99 2 year guarantee for my comparable services. As I look back now, I should have made the change and given them a chance to show me real Customer Service. However, I called Comcast to see if they were willing to match their price and service, Giovani was trying to keep me as a Loyal Customer, so offered me a $79.99 rate for 2 years with an upgraded box and service, supposedly. I set up the appointment to have the service agent come out on 1/12/15. When he arrived he advised me with this new box I would not see much improvement in quality of screen with the basic package I had accepted and I would need a new modem and passwords. We both agreed it was not the best choice in my situation, and was upfront to make sure I followed through with the guaranteed rate of $79.99, as he seemed to be aware that Comcast system does not always update automatically. He was correct. My next bill did not show the agreed rate of $79.99 and after at least 10 calls into Comcast and 2 months later, their Loyalty department will not agree to honor the $79.99 rate for the 2 years Giovani had verbally read to me for 2 years. I finally got a supervisor to follow up on 2/25/15 after being told many times that it was in process, and after a week the $79.99 supposedly is in the system, but a contract appeared in my inbox stating it was only $79.99 for the first year and $99.99 the second year. I have called back twice on this with no help what so ever. After this survey I will be attempting to get a VP or President name and address to let them know they have become to large to have any decent Customer Service any longer.

Comcast has been constantly adding costs to more movies. We watched the French Connection for free and wanted to watch French Connection II. When I did a search on demand I found the movie was 14.99 to rent! Also more and more older movies are being added to Comcasts price hike. I have a premium package and used to get most older movies for free or 1.99, now it is out of sight. They also charge to watch TV reruns like Mike and MOlly and Drama series.What the heck am I paying 260.00 a month for? They also charge 7.99 for some movies and 5.99 for others (HD). The free movies are for the most part a joke, the worst movies Hollywood has ever produced. And their monthly fees keep creeping up. And when hooking up basic cable in the kitchen because they changed their delivery system they charge to rent the box that delivers the change. I am so tired of Comcast and am looking for big change with the internet and TV service.

Comcast billing for closed acct and returned equipment!

2 accounts were active to the same apartment (room mates), 1 closed out in June and equipment was returned but Comcast is still billing for service and equipment even though service was canceled and equipment returned. Comcast employees are very rude and unhelpful customer service reps that refuse to do anything or even get a supervisor and then hang up on you. Comcast is committing fraud by billing for services that are not being provided and equipment that is already in their possession and none of their reps will do anything to help. And their online sites don't help either.

Comcast in Sumner, Washington - Nightmare for small business...sales dept lies

I wanted to switch from Comcast, sales said they'd match what I had for $50 less, and there'd be a seamless switch-over of internet, emails, and phones...WRONG. I have had to call every individual tech dept. and sit on hold for hours to get anything working. 2 weeks now and still not finished. First bill had *** I didn't ask for and equipment to return. Once they sign you up, your'e on your own. sales said nothing about wiring requirements. 1st tech told me to pull cable, 2nd said 1st tech didn't tell me the correct amount, now I have cables running all over the office.Telephone voice message notification didn't work. Couldn't get emails created and working in outlook-called a tech. They said they'd stop comcast, they didn't. There's no email forwarding, and new one's still don't work, and these are in my website. Hard to run a business this way
