Comcast in Seattle, Washington - No customer service at all

Details
On September 18 Comcast had a subcontractor, Full Bore, lay cable for a neighbor through my front yard, ripping up same, taking out shrubs and raising driveway up to an inch over concrete gutter at street. I called Comcast several times but they didn't bother once to try to reach me. I called Woodinville police and officer said to find out how much to fix and pursue through civil means. On September 22 real estate agent was out to take pictures for selling my home of 40 years which was completed earlier this month but at what qualitative dollar amount was damage they caused? Comcast is a dying beast and now I know why people hate them.

NOBODY likes Comcast & I can assure you, you can write & complain to whomever you want....but nothing will be done about it. Everyone I know including myself have had issues with this crazy company. Good luck trying to deal with them.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE YOU COULD EVER PAY FOR. COMCAST RIPPED ME OFF AND WONT FIX THEIR OWN PROBLEM. CALLING THEM IS A ALL DAY EVENT AND YOU BETTER HAVE A PACK OF CIGARETTES READY. IT'S STRESSFUL TO TRY TO GET THE SMALLEST ISSUE HANDLED. Which will still never be fixed. BEST ADVISE IS DON'T GET COMCAST. Run from Comcast as fast as you can. Wow and att offer great customer service, you don't get transferred to india, and they actually really are nice.

I have used Comcast for eight years and most issues have been handled well. Only an intermittent internet issue was not cleared up quickly but was eventually fixed.

The quality of the high def sign has steadily improved from standard def to very good today using the X1 box. The only thing I don't like is having to ask for a package deal every year which changes but they are always courteous.

Had services with comcast 2 yrs. Moved disconnected services 4/22 no rep told me about etfee early term fees i get my bill to my new address extremely high called to see why they say hey u have 220 in etfees and 200,in unreturned equipment i returned the equipment on 5/16 and it us now 5/25 system has not updates yet so $420,of incorrect charges . spoke with 5 different people no help sound like a broken record how do u sent a customer a final bill that states this your final bill but when u call they state u have another bill that will be sent to you showing the correct amount and expect me to pay that customer service sucks everyone is foreign and sound like a broken record tell u the same thing and will not give u the corporate number to complain. And quick to say we dont have a manager to help you and if they do they will say the same thing. Go to the service center they will give u the corporate number.

Comcast in Kirkland, Washington - Won't disconnect service on a dead customer

On 3/8/2016 my Dad died. On 3/21 I received a comcast bill which was forwarded to me. After much stress I got through to a live Rep named Danielle who told me she arranged to have service disconnected 3/22/2016 and that I would receive credit for 1 week of unused service> On 4/1 I received a past due notice- I called and was told to ignore. On 4/25 I received a bill for 2 months of service. After dealing with voice mail *** I got Candice who showed nothing & told me I had to speak W/ customer Loyalty Dept. After several minutes she came back on & said Jack Said I needed to gointo a service location in person to arrange for a disconnection. I requested a Supervisor which took 20 minutes. At that time Chenelle came on the phone & had to terminate the call do to a bad connection. They owed my Dad a week of service. Chanelle called back from an 800 # same bad connection. Now I am told I have to physically go into the local comcast store in the town where my Dad lived (2 hr drive) with a copy of the will and photo ID for them to cancel service. So basically the owed him a week of paid service & now expect me to pay 2 months of past due. They insist I should have been told this the first time I called. They are beyond horrible

Comcast keeps increasing my bill

On the phone 3 1/2 hours today. One person says my fee is permanent and will not change, then it changes and increases 40%. I call them on it and they say "we never told you that". When I ask for a supervisor, they say "sure let me transfer you" then disconnect the call. This happened 5 times. Each time I asked to be transferred I was hung up on. Unbelievable. I actually had a rep say to me "why would we give you a reduction of your bill? You're not going to get that from us" (I did). I am done with Comcast and i have been a customer for 14 years....they can care less.

COMCAST- TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY

INTERNET NOT WORKING- COULD NOT GET FIXED. CALLED COMCAST FOR HELP- PHONE SYSTEM IS TERRIBLE. NOBODY COULD TAKE CARE OF INTERNET PROBLEM. WAS ON THE PHONE FOR 3 - 4 HOURS EVERY TIME I CALLED, MOST OF TIME PUT ON HOLD. MADE APPT FOR SERVICE MAN TO COME TO HOUSE- NEVER SHOWED UP. WOULD NOT CONNECT ME WITH MANAGER WHEN I ASKED POLITELY AND RESPECTFULLY. SERVICE AT OUR HOME WENT DOWN ON AVERAGE ABOUT 20 TIMES A DAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE AT COMCAST TO ANSWER PHONES, GIVE US THE RUN AROUND AND PRETEND TO BE HELPING US. THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD COME OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOBODY SHOWED UP. TOOK TIME OFF OF WORK TO BE HOME DURING THE TIMES HE WAS TO SHOW UP AT OUR HOUSE. NEVER SHOWED UP. NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM COMCAST. NO WAY TO GET HELP ONLINE. DEAD END EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISCONNECTING SERVICE- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Told by Comcast's lobbyist that I'm getting ripped off.

I was at a conference in Chicago and had a beer at a bar. Sitting next to me was the Comcast lobbyist for my region, who just so happened to fly the State Representative of my district out so he could go to a cable company conference as her guest, on Comcast's dime. Everything was on the lobbyiest even my food and drink, which was nice. The most interesting part of the night is when she told me that I was getting ripped off by my deal with Comcast. She gave me her card and told me to call or email her when I got back to the Seattle area but she never returned my messages. My internet goes out at least once a day. My cable was out on Thanksgiving during my football teams last game with their rival of 118 years. I was told that they would keep my rate low b/c the infrastructure in my area was bad (didn't do good due diligence before acquirement a company in the area). They continued to raise my rate anyway even to $202 a month last month and I only had the second tier service. Even they couldn't explain it to me. Yeahhhhh Comcast.....you are about to loose this customer that you've had for 12 years but I realize it's falling on ears that don't care.

It's worse being an employee of CONcast. They fired us after we complained about a supervisor sending emails telling us to work off the clock without pay. We won a class action lawsuit.

Comcast sucks they continue to bill me after they recieved there equipment

I have been very disapointed from install day when i verry specifically asked for the install to be wall fishes through my unfinished basement they send jo so and so (not there tec) out and they wont even wire the house i call customer care again explaining after the 4th jo came out i finally did it my self over the corse of 1 year we changed out 6 dvrs and to cancellation date even after getting a brand new one it quit I call to cancel they say bring your boxes down and that will be it i did over the coures of two months i stall get bills over 340 now Because they cant get to the pole to put a filter in so i am being charged till that I call to do a business entity search to presue it in small clames they dont know what they are registered under so i cant even sue them thats bull and some one needs to be incontroll of them
