The worse customer service and I had horrible experience with them. I waited on the lines for couple of hours for the internet agents and still haven't reached them. My internet is extremely slow and costly.

I am not the kind of person to complain but Comcast is the most distasteful internet service I've ever had. I have had connection issues from December to the beginning of March all regarding my wifi suddenly dropping or not letting my devices connect to it for some reason. My bother had called and complained about the wifi working only to be told by technical representatives to "return the box and we will give you another one", and still the same issues kept happening (we have replaced the box ATLEAST 6 times over a period of a year!!!!). On the box, it would show that we had internet but when we would try to play a game or watch Internet or even do online homework, the signal would constantly drop and we would have a hard time connecting back. So finally in March a tech came over to discover that it wasn't the router/motem that wasn't working, we were actually in a area that was having "noise" interruptions which led to the wifi actually dropping and connecting. That it wasn't just our house, it was an AREA problem. So the the tech replaced our wires in the back yard and called his supervisor to report the issue in the area so they could fix it. Then told us that he would credit our account for a month for poor service. So when I called back at the end of the month, I find out through speaking to a Comcast rep that he did not in fact put the credit in my account, but the rep insured that she was going to have her supervisor because it was over her credit amount and told me it should apply to my next bill, so I pay my past due and call next month only to find out that AGAIN the credit has not been put on my account nor is there any notes in my account about the wifi outage, so after being promised the same thing, that I would have the credit out on my account, I call back on 5/5/2016 only to find out that no EVER had put a request in, so I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told that the supervisor would call me back in 2 hours. Then the representative told me she was going to send the credit request again and I ended my phone call. I never got a call from a supervisor. So I called again on 5/10/2016 to get more time to pay my bill and to speak with a supervisor, in which again I was told would call me in 2 hours. I FINALLY get the call at almost 8pm at night, just for the supervisor to tell me she could only credit me for 2 days of disconnected service, which is a total of roughly 5$. And that was the best that she could do for me and told me she was going to listen to my calls and give me a call back in the morning the morning the next day after I had to explain to her the injustice or all this *** I've been going through for over 3 months. I have been told the same lie for 3 months, every single time I tell a rep to note my account they wouldn't. Comcast reps constantly lie to you and give false information over and over again, no matter how wrong the situation is. This company has no moral, no empathy and refuses to acknowledge there wrongs and try to make them right with the costumer. I can't EVER get anyone to give me a call back, and through all of this, they only want to credit me back 5$ though all the lies and promises they have told me. I am disgusted with Comcast and EXTREMLY ANGRY, with all that they have put me through. They give you a run around and bill you for *** serivce when you had none.

Comcast - Won't offer high speed internet in new neighborhood

Our neighbors all have Comcast. Everyone in the AREA has Comcast. But will Comcast offer high-speed to our newly constructed house (with 3 newly constructed houses going up all around it)? Sure! For $45 THOUSAND dollars!! Are you kidding me? What person in their right mind could afford 45,000!!? We called and checked before beginning the build, to make sure we would qualify for service, and were told absolutely - costs should be minimal. I'm pretty sure 45 THOUSAND dollars isn't minimal! No possible way it could cost that much when all of the houses leading UP to our house has Comcast! Don't deal with this company - they are thieves, out to steal every cent they can. Especially when there are new houses currently being built all around us. Clearly it's in their best interest to offer service. Yet somehow we're footing the bill for what will ultimately make them money in a quickly-growing neighborhood.

Comcast - Destructive help from your tech

I had lost my internet service. Phone and tv working fine. At the end of getting my internet service restored by your technician, he used the name Alphonso Tobias. He then told me that my computer was in bad shape. He wanted to install: a firewall, fix 33,000 errors that he found, install anti-malware, install anti-spyware, pop-up blockers and ad blockers. He said it would cost $199.99 or with a year coverage $299.99. I declined both offers. After ending my conversation with him. I reconnected to the internet and found that he [Alphonso Tobias] had opened and stacked over twenty *** sites on my internet. I rebooted my computer to get away from his mess.

Comcast - Unprofessional, Incompetent, and Dishonest

Comcast is one of the worst business I have dealt with. We signed a contract over a two year period. After some time, I have noticed that Comcast has decreased (unauthorized) some TV channels. High speed internet Comcast claims, also disconnected frequently to the point of disrupting me from completing important tasks. Comcast also crept up in monthly billing amount. Some day, Comcast charged extra for modem rental, in which I personally own (I did not borrow the modem from Comcast). I called to correct the issue, but Comcast kept on stating otherwise. They asked when I purchased my own modem, whether I have the receipt or not. When I asked about the contract termination, Comcast claimed that it found the record of me having my own modem. Comcast tried so hard to apparently give me the "best offer" for "customer satisfaction". I wanted to return the TV cable box. I called and the representative stated that I have 10 days grace period after the end of the service day to return the equipment. The representative said that someone will pick up the equipment in a week, and that I would not be charged. I kept the TV cable box for a week until someone picked up. I did not watch TV or use the internet, as I switched to the other company. Then, Comcast billed me extra (over $100.00) for holding the equipment for 7 days. I called and representative named Paul said that I was supposed to turn the equipment in by the end of the last service date. I kept on telling him that multiple Comcast representatives told me otherwise, and that as a company, Comcast had a responsibility to inform its customers correctly. He kept on saying that he's sorry but won't do the right thing whatsoever of not charging me of being wrongly informed. Comcast is one of the worst business out there. It's highly unprofessional and keep seeking the opportunities to charge its customers more.

Comcast - Fake Charges

Comcast is beyond filth. They keep charging us for a modem that belongs to me. We never rented a modem from them and they continue to charge us for a modem. They will only return a small amount which is ridiculous. We should have canceled from the start when we initially started trying to get the internet to work. The customer service was horrible. ALL the troubleshooting people did not have a clue as to what they were doing or could even resolve this issue. It took 3 days to resolve the internet issue. Not only this but they started taking away certain channels but the bill never changed. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Comcast - Bad internet connection in Alexandria, VA

Just want to add to the numerous complaints about bad internet connections in Alexandria, VA. I work from home and continues to have unreliable service in my area. I had to come in to work because they told me that they cannot tell me what time the service will be restored. So frustrating and unreliable. There really isn't any excuse living so close to everything. Comcast does not seem to do anyhthing about it. So I will continue to elevate the problem until they do something about it. My neighbor who works from home had to move, because they were having to *** since there is anything they can do. They complain and complain nothing happens.

Comcast is one of the worst companies - I am a current constomer

I got my Comcast Phone+Internet on September 24, 2012. Until now I have called their customer service more than 10 times for numerous problems with my phone and internet service. They are unable to fix this problem!!! Comcast doesn't provide you the kind of service they promise and charge you for. The company has one of the worst customer services, most of the time they will hung up on you....I have a lot of things to share on their pathetic service, ill trained technicians, and highly irresponsible attitude towards customers...I am a current customer and want you all to stay away from Comcast they are great time liars and cheaters!!!!!!!!!!!!
