Comcast Removes Channels Contracted To Provide
Comcast has removed at least 2 channels from my bundle package. I am supposed to have a contract for 2 years. They say the channels raised price on Comcast. Why does that concern me? Comcast will take away channels without your knowledge and treat you very poorly when you call. The "don't care" attitude is too obvious. If I could get streaming speed internet without them they'd be gone. It is all about being a monopoly. Different reps give you different answers and you can hear them laughing in the background.

Comcast - Worst customer service in history
Was paying $245/mos for bundle after promotion had expired (was around $150). Only called as FX had been dropped from my package and was told I needed to upgrade to get FX now. Asked for new promotion as I am now month to month. Told no problem. I requested to eliminate digital phone service as we don't use landlines. Was transferred and then told if I dropped phone service I would be eligible for any promotional rates for 3 months. Told rep I could get FIOS for half of what I was currently paying but wanted to stay with Comcast. He said if I kept phone service I could get a better rate but otherwise I could "do whatever I wanted to do". FIOS being installed in 3 days. I wouldn't go back to Comcast if it were FREE. It is amazing how terrible the customer service. I would be shocked if they are not losing market share anywhere there is any competition.
Comcast, bad service, long phone and chat waits, expensive
I have been on hold for 48 minutes/41 on the live chat. Comcast is the worst. The communications commission should put them out of business!!! My bill is higher that other services. I was lured into comcast with the $99 bundle and then of course after 6 months it skyrocketd. Typical bait and switch. I hope that by complaining something happens that affects the way Comcast does business. Now I'm getting pissed that I have to type 100 words to *** about Comcast. What else can I say. I hate wasting my time and now I have to type more *** to satisfy pissed consumer. Holy ***!!!!
Comcast couldn't care less about customer service
Comcast NJ - The FTC has to end the structure of cable TV. When we don't have enough options, customer service becomes the lowest priority for a company. Such is the cast with Comcast. I scheduled a service call for Sunday, 4/27. Wanted to get a hi-def box installed. I sat home today and waited. My window was 9a - 11a. As it got later and later, I called Comcast and of course they weren't showing I had an appt. The *** phone rep never recorded it. He did, however, make a push to get me to sign up for the bundle package. (I didn't) Wouldn't shut up about it - yet he wasn't competent enough to get my appt. straight. The best part -- the web site features a section from Rick Germano (I think that's the name), who is supposedly SVP of Operations. Nice long letter from this guy bragging about how great the customer service is. They lead you to believe you can email the guy. When you do the automated response is nothing less than patronizing. Comcast = Slime, pondscum, just plain criminals.
