Comcast in Martinsville, Virginia - Very disappointed
I made a partial payment on my account & spoke to a representative to inform them I would pay the remaining balance the following week & was told my services would not be disconnected & came home that night after work & my services were suspended!! The agent I spoke with obviously lied or didn’t know how to do her job! I will never recommend Comcast / Xfinity to anyone!!!

I do not reccomend anyone go through them thry are very unprofessional they will charge you for how much ever they want they get very arrogent when they know they have messed up our bill was only suppose to be 99 but no they decided to charge 200 oh and if thats not enough they are charging us for a phone that does not work and thry pretty much say tough ***

Comcast is charging me for their mistake the mistake on their end was they only charged me for equipment service instead of the full service now they want me to pay 2 months I paid what was on my billing statement and now they're telling me that I have to pay the whole $351.96 I'm not going to pay it it is not my fault that they did not charge me for the full service I'm done with them I've been on the phone I talk to someone in corporate they told me they will fix it they have not fixed it yet today again I've been on the phone trying to fix it and trying to let them know that it has not been done I'm done with them I'm closing my account and I will not ever fool with them again why should I have to pay for their mistakes

Comcast service always has problems on activation and they don't give a *** or they would change. I move frequently for work purposes and always experience dissatisfaction with comcast. I didn't know it was possible to screw everything up and stay in business. Worst customer service known.

Horrible customer service issues! I have had cable service for months now and just recently got a call about an old bill from over 3 years ago. I have jumped through hoops and then some to give them their information needed. I have been called a liar, been told I must be doing illegal business to get cable service, (right because I have that power). Supposedly talked to managers and supervisors but you don't because they have to email their supervisors, so technically you are lied to right off the bat. I'm filing a claim with the BBB and with the FCC

Lately comcast/xfinity has turned to $h!t due to how much we pay for so called high speed internet, which is probaly slower than dsl. Also our neighbors tv wasnt working so the angels from comcast came to help them and they did but as they were helping they decided to dig a WW1 trench for a cable line straight through the back of our yard which we would have not cared but the lovely worker decided to leave and said he would come back in the spring to plant grass, ohh and look theyre late like always. We thought well give the comcast support people a call which we did and did and did over and over again. The close to final time we called them they said they did nothing so our reply was ok so i guess i can just rip this cable that doesnt belong to anyone out of the ground. 1 day later the angels called back and said we have reviewed your case and there is no damage done. So if you are thinking about comcast and paying 125+ dollars for high speed (70mbps) youll be getting georgia public school speed internet (32mbps)
Comcast in Alexandria, Virginia - Terrible "customer service"
Comcast greed is so ridiculous. The usual less quality and poorer service for higher costs is exactly what Comcast has pitched forward. Hiring persons brought in from other countries so the multi-billion dollar corporation pays them less and makes bigger profits for its CEOs is what it's about. The time to boycott is way overdue. When visiting their store I wa confronted by unfriendly clerks. Someone has forgotten who the customers are and how we should be treated if the corporation wants to retain customers for the long-term. After being approached as if they don't about clients I and others are ready to change servers.

Comcast Internet Service Review
The worse customer service and I had horrible experience with them. I waited on the lines for couple of hours for the internet agents and still haven't reached them. My internet is extremely slow and costly.

I am not the kind of person to complain but Comcast is the most distasteful internet service I've ever had. I have had connection issues from December to the beginning of March all regarding my wifi suddenly dropping or not letting my devices connect to it for some reason. My bother had called and complained about the wifi working only to be told by technical representatives to "return the box and we will give you another one", and still the same issues kept happening (we have replaced the box ATLEAST 6 times over a period of a year!!!!). On the box, it would show that we had internet but when we would try to play a game or watch Internet or even do online homework, the signal would constantly drop and we would have a hard time connecting back. So finally in March a tech came over to discover that it wasn't the router/motem that wasn't working, we were actually in a area that was having "noise" interruptions which led to the wifi actually dropping and connecting. That it wasn't just our house, it was an AREA problem. So the the tech replaced our wires in the back yard and called his supervisor to report the issue in the area so they could fix it. Then told us that he would credit our account for a month for poor service. So when I called back at the end of the month, I find out through speaking to a Comcast rep that he did not in fact put the credit in my account, but the rep insured that she was going to have her supervisor because it was over her credit amount and told me it should apply to my next bill, so I pay my past due and call next month only to find out that AGAIN the credit has not been put on my account nor is there any notes in my account about the wifi outage, so after being promised the same thing, that I would have the credit out on my account, I call back on 5/5/2016 only to find out that no EVER had put a request in, so I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told that the supervisor would call me back in 2 hours. Then the representative told me she was going to send the credit request again and I ended my phone call. I never got a call from a supervisor. So I called again on 5/10/2016 to get more time to pay my bill and to speak with a supervisor, in which again I was told would call me in 2 hours. I FINALLY get the call at almost 8pm at night, just for the supervisor to tell me she could only credit me for 2 days of disconnected service, which is a total of roughly 5$. And that was the best that she could do for me and told me she was going to listen to my calls and give me a call back in the morning the morning the next day after I had to explain to her the injustice or all this bullcrap I've been going through for over 3 months. I have been told the same lie for 3 months, every single time I tell a rep to note my account they wouldn't. Comcast reps constantly lie to you and give false information over and over again, no matter how wrong the situation is. This company has no moral, no empathy and refuses to acknowledge there wrongs and try to make them right with the costumer. I can't EVER get anyone to give me a call back, and through all of this, they only want to credit me back 5$ though all the lies and promises they have told me. I am disgusted with Comcast and EXTREMLY ANGRY, with all that they have put me through. They give you a run around and bill you for *** serivce when you had none.
