I had Comcast business at my place of business. I had a 2 year contract at a promotional rate.
I called several times to be on top of my contracting expiring so that I didn’t get any surprises. My contract was set to expire in October. I called in July to tell them that I would be cancelling my service at the end of my contract. I was told to call back by Oct 3.
I called sept 21 to be exact. I returned my equipment by oct 3. I have received 2 invoices since then, when I called to question it, I was told that when I called that I had to give them a 60 day notice.
No one told me that and now they say I have to pay for 2 months of service which is 50.00 more because that goes beyond the promotional rate. I was never told this and I had no equipment, so they tell me I have to pay for 2 months for NOTHING,,,,
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $195.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
