I am trying to put my internet service on vacation hold for 7 weeks...so far I have been on the phone for 25 minutes. What is the matter with you people?????
I know I am talking to someone in la-la-land who barely understands English....but, really.
I have just been told that I have to disconnect my services entirely..that is your "vacation hold" plan.
So, I will.....and probably will not reconnect.
I can't imagine what type of service you think this is. I was thinking about getting XFinity for my TV service, but now I know better.
