I returned two pieces of equipment and closed the account of my mom. It took 1.25 hours to do this 5 minute task.

employee's stood around, did not acknowledge people waiting, receptionist was on her smart phone for 45 minutes flipping thru her pictures. No-one cross trained, manager had no sense of urgency.... all employee's were on vacation in their store.

Maybe it is that vt just legalized marijuana and the employee's have lost all sense of time and space. THIS COMPANY MAKES TOO MUCH MONEY/HAS NO COMPETITION/does not keep it's word/ needs to be regulated/consistently puts the customer last/ we need negative star ratings
