For over two years I had been serviced by Comcast. Last month they changed my monthly bill from $160 to $260 without any warning.
I call to negotiate and they said it was my fault because my two years contract was due and I should know that. All the offers to keep me as a client were absolutely ridiculous and they wanted me to sign for another two years contract.
I changed my cable provided and Comcast didn’t want to release my land line phone number. When they finally did it was almost a month later which means I had to pay $260.
Outrageous business behavior. Be smart NEVER EVER sign up with a company that so dishonest like Comcast.
