After my promised 12 month trial offer was cancelled at 6 months and I had horrible service from Comcast, I switched to RCN and got TV and internet for a lot cheaper.

It took me 3 days of phone calls to reach a person at Comcast that could help me turn it off. I went through countless rounds on automated prompts that seemed to be on a loop and endless. No one would help me and the sales team usually said Please Hold and then transferred me to the auto prompt I couldn't get passed.

One sales guy I reached finally gave me a better #, call 1-866-540-6296 to reach a person if you have a problem at Comcast.

If you have a choice DO NOT pick Comcast.
