Just so you can see, here’s the new update from my Xfinity app. This is what I’m dealing with all day everyday!!!

NOTHING BUT BS!!! What Einstein is sitting in an office, not even knowing where I am, much less if there is ANYONE in my area who gives a rats *** whether I have service or not??? This will continue all day until the last update is 10:01 pm and nobody is working anywhere!!! As far as I’m concerned nobody IS working anywhere!

They sure as *** aren’t working at this address!

If anyone in this company thinks I’m comforted in the least by changing the expected resolution time, THEN YOU HAVE ALL LOST YOUR MINDS! It only *** me off more!

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being bounced from one support team to another, Customer service representative, No service or communication from comcast.
