We have complained 4 times now about installation of new cameras to add to our Comcast security. We have had 3 service visits and none have completed the i stalk toon of the cameras.

The first man said he needed a surge protector but didn’t have one. We weren’t informed that we needed one in advance. Thidwas at 5:30 pm. The next man came as per request for installation but said he didn’t install he was a repair guy.

The third came at 4 pm and left unfinished at 8 pm and sUd he’d be back this am between 9:30 and 10. He was from meridian and was called in due to overflow of installations. It’s 2:30now and we haven’t heard from him. We called you once again and got a woman that gave us an escalation number and said we’d hear from them within 30 mon.

Haven’t heard a word. It’s been more than an hr. The installer left the cameras and other equipment in our office sitting on the floor.

What kind of business are you people running? This is beyond absurd.

We have hi speed , security and tv with you.

It appears that we have to make other arrangements. Whoever is in charge is a disgrace to this company.
