Their customer reps must be told not to ever listen to anyone who calls. They are now all from another country and do not understand our language well and do not care..They read from a script (in broken English) and time after time put you on hold and just leaving you there. I have only had two problems resolved in ten years!!!!!!!
The FTC definitely should look into this and close them down or demand they begin to respond to customer's concerns.
