Sooooooo you'd prefer that they waste time reaching out to every individual customer instead of working to resolve the situation? You aren't that damn special. Read a book or something instead.

in the last week I have had 2 business days with no internet or phones seperate incidences I have had 4 within the last few months. Their business customer service reps are trained to give you the run around and will not escalate your concerns. I have resorted to a complaint with the fcc I will have to fight to get released from this contract the penalty is 75% of your unused contract In 23 years I have had 4 providers and Comcast is by far the worst, not just because they have outages but also because the way they treat you and their staff training on how to try and get rid of you There is no place on their business web site to email a complaint The supposed supervisor I got on the phone after a 30 minute wait told me not to talk & hung up on me when I asked hime to send me an email of the procedure to be let out of the contract. I feel sorry for anyone that works for comcast I have comcast intenet at my home & it is just as bad

Comcast in Spring, Texas - The ABSOLUTE WORSE company! One hand doesn't know what the other is doing!

All I did was change service addresses and it caused my bill to triple in amount. After spending an ungodly amount of time on hold - being hung up on TWICE after "being placed on a brief hold" - I finally got a hold of someone who could help me. Well next month the same thing happened. I called comcast AGAIN and after another experience of jumping through hurdles just to get to a live person who COULD help me - they told me that the LAST person I spoke to told me wrong information. This company does not know what is going on - they certainly don't record THEIR side of the conversations - they don't keep accurate notes and EVERY SINGLE TIME you change something they send you to ANOTHER person who f*#&@ it up even more. They operate the company a*# backwards and they are just a very unneccessary migraine waiting to happen. Their service is not even that great - their security has all these delays because its wireless and doesn't even RECORD (15 seconds max) which THE sales person doesn't tell you but the actual TECH does after he puts it in! Their signal freezes up constantly. Just a terrrible terrible existence these people are. I have NEVER written a negative review on any company. I absolutely LOATHED this company - enough to waste my time writing a review on them as though it will make a difference. I will tell EVERYONE I ever meet to leave them or to avoid them.

Comcast - Account Review

My service was disconnected for non payment in december of last year. Once I returned to work I called on february to have services restored. I was informed to pay 447 and my service would be restored and that I would generate a new bill the following month, 7 days later I received a disconnection notice stating that I have a past due amount. I wasnt informed I still owed anything the day I restored my service. I have spoken with 8 reps in the past week, each time given a different amount of whats due, told that a credit would be applied but the disconnection is still set, no extention, I still have a past due balance, and on top of that the fact that I was mis informed about my account by a comcast rep has been completely ignored. As of right now Im completely lost. Every rrepresentative I speak with says something different. Comcast you are amazing. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. divorced parent of 5 children, forked over almost $500, only to be disconnected the next week. Would like to know who else I speak to.

The PlayStation Store is updated with new content every Tuesday. On this Tuesday, December 2, 2014, I downloaded a lot of content (about 20-25 gigs, other game updates included) on two PlayStation 4s, in a 4-5 hour span. About half an hour or so later, my Internet went down. No big deal, it'll be back up in less than 30 minutes I thought. An hour later, then 2 hours later, my Internet was still down so I called Comcast. I got an automated message saying there was an outage in my area. OK, I'll just go to bed and it'll be back up tomorrow. It was back up the next day but was intermittent. Pages were loading really slow and would time out a lot. Couldn't even get on the PlayStation Network. Evening rolls along, still intermittent. Night, same thing. Ended up calling them again but this time spoke to a live person (from India) to setup an appointment. It was set for next Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Before hanging up, I had to ask (even though I know they would say no even if they were, and I certainly think they were) if they were throttling my connection. Unsurprisingly, she said no... The next day my Internet is fine. Didn't cancel my appointment yet because I wanted to see if it would stay that way or not. Fast forward to today, Tuesday, December 9, 2014; I called in to cancel my appointment but the automated machine said I have none. Puzzled, as I never called in to cancel until today, wanted to speak to a live person to be sure. I asked if I have an appointment for tomorrow (Wednesday, December 10, 2014) to which she (also from India) said no. She also said I have no appointments at all. I told her I was supposed to have one on said date and just called in to cancel. I asked her how could my appointment not show up when I set one up last week and was given a confirmation number. She then tells me there is currently an outage in my area (yeah, right... everything is fine here) and that it erases all scheduled appointments (lmao! wow...). Conversation ended there. For them to cancel my appointment without notice and having their agents feed me obvious BS tells me they indeed throttled my connection...

Comcast needs to get their *** together

We have been customers of comcast over three years,we always had problems with service,well 11/2011 we called up said internet not working properly,send more equipment,said okay. never received,went buy our own netgear in store to help throughout house, worked little better. 10/2012 called Comcast,cable not working right,keeps freezing can't use movie channel,reset,reset,bla bla still not working. Whole month complained nothing call nothing. Tired of it all called to cancel,we send new equipment,never received called again thats it done,we get you new equipment overnight ,okay received. Somebody did their job finally. Put old broken DVR in box return label,brought to drop off in Katy, Tx. Postal Experts off of Pin Oak, what a joke,never use them. I asked for a receipt,don't give receipts,just drop off location. Okay well, was so upset with Comcast,saw a advertisement with Dish,canceled Comcast got dish on 11/30/2012, love.... Went return the rest of equpiment at Comcast in Katy, got in argument with lady, was rude,ugly,hateful... She said you still have one DVR out,I said I ups on 11/30/2012 she said you responsible until we receive okay.... Well week later I call to see if they receive lady said your account closed you don't have any equipment, good done. Week later automative recorder you still have equpiment and will be charged..........CaLL what ?????? You have DVR,MODEM AND NETGEAR on file 600.00, I returned all that, no mame you owe. I ask for Tracking number for my package that they sent me with label they said burden is on me, I have to find out. go to Postal Experts they say just drop off area not responisble call ups they say need tracking number can't help. I am at my end.Filing with the bbb.............

Comcast in Spring, Texas - Phone/internet never work. They won't fix it.

In the last 3-4 months, my phone and internet service are completely unreliable. They are down as often as they work and despite numerous calls, I can't get it fixed or my money refunded. They will send a technician who inevitably tells me he's the wrong technician & when I call them back, they try to tell me that it's fixed. Now, I'm done trying to get it fixed, I just want a refund for that time period (which they convinced me to wait to request until it was fixed). They won't give me a refund, because in spite of the fact that I was calling regularly, they believe that it must have been working on the days I didn't call or I would've called. When I explained that some days, I'm not home or don't have time to spend hours with them on the phone, they responded that I can't get a refund for days that it may have worked when I wasn't here to check it. I try to point out the irrationality of that to no avail. The worst thing is, they are doing the same thing to everyone in the neighborhood, so we are all paying for services we aren't receiving and they are refusing to refund our money.
