Comcast - Terrible Service
This company has old and out of date equipment that does not work very well.You are forced to use a cable box because I you don't you are pay too much for very few channels.
Their Customer service is not any better. The charged me for a full month of cable even though I had only 2 weeks of cable. They said they would give me a partial refund. THE LIED I NEVER GOT THAT REFUND.
I one time I had to return a cable box that didn't work anymore (which I have done a lot because their equipment is old and doesn't work very well) I had them come to bring and install the new one.They brought the wrong one, so when I called back to tell them they need to come back The charged me for the second trip which was their fault to begin with
