I had to get a new TV. The volume doesn't work with comcast remote.
I called to ask for the codes to reprogram which they say they don't have. The new TV is HD I asked for a cable guide which she said she could send to my email or text me. Nothing in paper. Really?" For the price of cable you would think they would be able to accomadate this.
I was on the phone for 14 minutes to find this out. What a waste!!
