Phone system does not work properly. It now even screwes up my computer system.
The play you along with IT help that does not really fix the problem until your past the 30 return period and then ignore your calls. I would not recommend Comcast business phone system to anybody. You never are able to talk to the same person so you get to explain the same problem to a new person that contradicts what the person before them said could be done to fix it. Filing a complaint with the BBB is your only outlet for help.
This company has the power do treat you like dog poop and get away with it. The little guy gets stuck with a poor product and *** service for eternity
