Comcast putting someone else Bill on your account, then turning your account over to the COLLECTION AGENCY. I went to the Comcast Office Three Different TIMES. Tried talking to the Manager Nautica, and she blew me off, would not talk to me, and the lady in the lobby act like she didn't care either, so I'm changing to the Electric Power Board. After 40 years, you think Comcast would care about their customers but not Comcast. I'm going to get Legal Advice and take them to Small Claims Court to clear my NAME. COMCAST 2030 E. Comcast in Nashville, Tennessee - Worst company ever

Horrible customer service. This company could care less about any of their customers. I was promised a refund from the manager and I never got one. Even after I reminded her and her representative 3 times about it, I still haven't gotten it back. I got charged over $400.00 for cable that was disconnected over 3 months ago, I have had so many issues with my cable service over the years. This will be my 5 visit to comcast within the last 5 months to get another problem fixed. I have to take time off of work and sit down there and wait for something that they screwed up. I am looking into finding another cable company. This is my last straw. If I could, I would give this company a -1 star.

After having Comcast for over 20 years with no issues, I move to a new address and the service simply didn't work. They sent out repairmen several times to fix the problem but never did. Because of the continuing issues, they offered me a $432 credit which is pretty minimal when I paid almost $200 a month for a year. I moved to a new address and noticed they had not posted the credit to my account. I called and again was promised this would be posted and minused from my bill total. Once again it was not and I called back on August 29th 2016 and was told this would be taken care of, so I didn't pay my bill. On August 31st, 2 days later, Comcast cut my service off for non-payment. I called and spoke with a supervisor and was told that since it had been so long since the credit was promised, they had no way of justifying the credit because they couldn't look past Oct. 2015 which ended up being a lie as well. Finally I spoke with a rude supervisor who agreed to give me the $432 credit but not the $80 reconnect and late fee! I asked for her to have another supervisor call me and, after 3 days one did who left me a message saying they would only give me a $200 credit and I would still be responsible for the late fee and reconnect fee of $80. My business account is with Comcast and I will be getting another company very soon and am having Dish come out this week.

Xfinitiy/Comcast Complaint - Worst Service/Customer Care ever

When building a new home this year, I inquired about appropriate cable installation process. I set up an appointment for installation from street to home and inside house 8/31. Tech arrived saying he could do nothing without installation from home to house, and he rescheduled an appointment for 9/1. No one came. When I called, they said the appointment was on 9/12. On 9/12 cable was placed from street to home and tech arrived. He said he could not install after working for 2 hrs and left. 9/13 complained and was promised service on 9/14 by customer care. Still no service. No integrity. No communication.

I work for Comcast in tech support and can tell you Comcast has many qualified, capable people. The problem is that Comcast does not really want to address the problems with its process: consistently overbooking of appointments with too few technicians, poor training of agents, outsourcing tech support to cheap non-stop English speakers in The Phillipines, India, Mexico, etc.

The bottom line is the bottom line: Comcast is a major contributor via PACS and lobbyists to our corrupt elected officials. The Cable industry has been set up so there is almost no competition. If you think the non-cable providers are superior, guess again: virtually all providers have many of the same issues.

My advice to Comcast subscribers is to quit allowing your entertainment to rule your lives.

If you are not getting what you are paying for or the aggravation outweighs the benefits, just say NO. But please quit whining and cursing at the poor agent on the phone.

He/She is really trying to help you within the procedural constraints imposed.

Comcast worst company in every way possible

Comcast charged me for a peice of modeum (that was mine) for a 1 1/2 yrs before a found on my billing. I reported it and they agreed the it was incorrect but would only credit me for 3mos. their policy. In truth stole over a $100.00. Recently my bank ( by mistake) returned a check. I found out the check was returned and tried to give Comcast a new check(still before the due date) but it was refused because the account show that I did not owe it. I call the Comcast main billing office and was told again the there was not a problem with my account. I explained that the check was returned to them and I wanted to write them a new check (here again this is before the due date by a 12 days) again I was told they could not except a payment. I beleive they know this happens, thru no fault of the customer, more often that we realize an jump at the chance to charge an extra $30.00 check return fee and a late fee $9.50.

This was my comment on a Facebook posting about Comcast

It's been over a year and the thought of Comcast still upsets my nerves to think about their service. I copied and pasted the following comment- Debbie Semkus View 25 more comments Bertelsen Eric It took 2 months for them to stop charging me and cancel my service , and now they say I have two of the same equipment that I never had, I even went to there store to get a paper copy when I returned all there stuff. 8 years with comcast glad to be done with them! 16 mins · Like Helen Bennett A Comcast rep once told me to "get a calculator" when I questioned the amount on a bill. Long story short... The bill was wrong. 16 mins · Like Debbie Semkus Comcast was the most difficult company that I ever dealt with. The hours they keep you on hold and passing you around can add up to months or your life. The day I finally got free of them, we went out and actually had a celebration dinner. It was a nightmare that I couldn't deal with any longer. Although I have to give credit to ONE customer service person in the Ft.
