We left Comcast after being a customer for over 15 years. Our balance was paid in full and on time and have called twice to check that the balance on our account is zero.

We received several notices from Credit Protection Association about an unpaid balance of $33 with Comcast. Called Comcast and was told that they would take care of it but still was told by the CPA that they are reporting us to national credit bureau.

It is extremely frustrating that this should even happen given we have paid all our bills on time with comcast. Need Comcast to resolve this

If they don't resolve it you had better submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as they are obligated to respond within a set frame of time. If not, their reporting you will ruin your credit score.
