After years of abuse from Comcast, I am wondering today why I have put up with it for so long. There are other options out there.
I received a call from a collection agency today who was hired by the worst cable company EVER... Comcast!
I've never paid a bill late once. My bill for this month isn't due for two weeks.
It wasn't a friendly call. They were treating me like a deadbeat.
When I called to ask why this happened, they simply apologized and said they would "look into it." AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Monetary Loss: $235.
