I had my modem updated and have had nothing but problems . First tech installed modem WRONG. Second tech came and said it was the wires running to my house. Things worked fine for twenty four hours. The next morning no wifi for my devices. Called customer service , spoke to a Person who was extremely rude to me. Comcast is the worst company ever in USA, I regret having the their cable they always charge you even when your tv and Internet are not working and they always disappoint whenever you have a problem with your cable the will promise to come and rectify the problem and they would show up and still charge for that.

I have been a loyal Comcrap customer since 2008. Due to my hours being cut at work and other bills that are more important, I decided to call Comcrap to cancel my triple play services, as I didn't use the phone anyway. I use my cell phone. I had a 42" plasma tv and I had HD, which with that tv, I couldn't tell the difference with anyway between SD and HD. Instead of canceling my service, Comcrap talked me into a cheaper package. My internet and phones go out every five minutes with this god awful service. Ever since I switched to xfinity my experience has been nothing short of atrocious. Going back to fios.

I know better, but after spending a long, long time on the phone with the Comcast rep who assured me to no end that the new Xfinity Gateway modem would increase speeds as well as provide better wifi and phone, I finally did it. It's ok, I will probably save money on the local Fairpoint telephone service. But the box came with no battery (must order for $35 extra or risk no 911 service, ok as I have cell phone) and there's no increase in... Read more
