I set up a payment to be paid on a certain date, i received the email of the agreement but on that date i choose my service was cut off 24 hrs later and the money is sitting in my bank. Called on line support only to have an agent give me a number that i called only to hear "you have called after business hours and please call back again". I'M PISSED
