I am currently renting in Sebring Florida. My landlord is a

On Tuesday, March 23, my service was shutoff. I immediately went to my landlord. She called the local customer service number. She was told that service was shut off on the 23 for lack of payment even though the payment due date was the 24.
She told them that she mailed in the payment on the 16th and thay should have received it by the 19th. They checked the system and found that the payment was posted on the 20th and they had no idea why the service was shut off early. They promised to restore service as soon as possible. It is now 5:30 pm on the 24th and service still has not been restored.

The account is in the name of Anna Steffen at 104 Mimi St, Sebring Fl, 33870. Because of the disruption of service and the apparent lack of commitment to service by the local office I will be contacting the BBB.
