I got a new box sent to me and could not get it to connect. Made an appointment for them to come out the first time between hours of 3 to 6.

No one called or showed up. Made another appointment at same time the next week and still no call or no one showed up. Made another appointment from 9 am to 12 pm and yet still no call or show! I now have an appointment for Thursday from 5 to 7.

I have taken time from work and also had someone available to be here and each time their time was wasted for 3 hours waiting. I am beyond mad that you have wasted their time along with mine and i still have no resolution for this.

This is poor business and i am ready to take my business else where and will be looking. Patricia DeWitt
