Never got an agent and stayed on the line for 1 hour and 30 min. I am reporting them to the BBB.

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Cable Tv Service.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Comcast Cons: Poor customer service.

All reporting a business to the BBB does is warn future customers, who have the foresight to research companies BEFORE doing business with the company. BBB is not a government agency, and has absolutely 0% power to punish a company.

Considering that Covid 19 is still in effect, being on hold for a couple of hours isn't really that unusual with ANY company. But, Comcast has always had *** customer service.

So, if you want help, you have no choice but to be on hold for however long it takes to get a person on the phone with you. Or, maybe you could sign in to your account and shoot an email to them from there.
