We have had our home/buis landline for 30 years, move 3 miles and they would not give us our area code??They showed we move 150 miles away.
Typical no one listened to us, 8 hrs of phone calls useless over 3 weeks, no one ever called us back. Filed complaint with FCC and within 5 days they called us 5 times and emailed us. They corrected the problem, we told them what they could do with the phone and went with another carrier. They just do not care and if you get the agent mad enough, which I do, will transfer you wherever they feel like.
The lack of training, stupidity and laziness is absolutely unbelievable.Thanks FCC
