I called Comcast and complain about my internet problem , tech support , Jacksonville,FL ( Charlene Watson) put me on hold for 30 minutes , reroute me my call to different location. I called again last month and Charlene Watson answered the phone and I complain about my internet again that it is not working properly, Charlene Watson was very rude and she started cussing at me saying I'm a "***".

I reminded her that I called before and she put me on hold and reroute my call. The employee at Comcast here at Jacksonville, FL are very rude in Tech Support, Sales

I have the same problem as you with this employee Charlene Watson. She put me on hold waited on hold for an hour, and finally got ... and transferred me to a customer service.
