Comcast contacted me January 2018 wanted to hook me up with triple play. I agreed to the service.

I was told they would be sending me a new receiver box. After waiting a month for the box a month I called and they said they would send it out right away. I did receive the box on Friday the 9th of February 2018 so right around a month from signing up. My bill also came that weekend.

No Box for a month but was billed for service that I did not receive. Called to complain and was told my bill started the day I signed up, I explained they did not send me a box to be able to use the service, I was told I still had to pay for the service...how or why should I pay for services I've not recieved

Product or Service Mentioned: Comcast Triple Play Bundle.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $104.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: People were nice but couldnt help.

burn comcast to the *** ground.....and charge them for the clean-up..!
