Horrible Customer Service

I am a new business customer starting a new business and use a remote desktop. The constant intermittent internet issues have cost me a ridiculous amount of time and money. There are also not other viable options for business internet in my location. Isn't that a monopoly and illegal?! No luck speaking with a manager and I've tried for several months.

wAY TO TALK TO PESON REGARGING A BILLING PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN WITH COMCAST FOR OVER 20 YEARS. EVERY TWO YEAR I HAVE TO GO THROUGH BILLING CHANGES. I REMOVE MY LAND LINE REMOVE 10.00 OFF MY BILL. THEY THEM PUT 10.OO BACK ON SEVERAL MONTH LATER. i HAD PEACOCK THAT WAS FREE NOW IT 10.00 DOLLAR AND OVER THIS TIME MY BILL HAVE GONE UP 10.00 THIS IS A RIPE OFF AND THEY MAKE IT SO YOU AN NOT TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. I have spoken to someone on several occasions to get the person who lived here before myself off my account (which by the way is a new one) and it is still there! They still have a balance under their name! Ive been told by upper management that it was resolved and it would take a couple of hours to show up on my end. Well its been longer than that. I think I will be checking out satellite service.

the chat is awful have to sit and listen to automated BS If there was another choice for service, I would try it. they send a new router with no instructions and then problems with it and no human to talk to price is horrendous for what I get.

They cannot help with a password reset, so they put you on hold, say they'll be right back and then start getting recorded messages saying your hold time is greater than 100 minutes. Totally useless!

I don't have a choice as they are the only service in my area

I tried to call for 20 minutes and only got the automated system asking what my issue was. Once i noted it, i was told no agent was available and they would reset my modem, which was not my issue.

Then i went onto the chat line and spent 22 minutes with a supposed human and only got the same line, that he is helping me or working on it. Then he reset my modem without asking and lost the call.

Then i called another line and spent 20 minutes with an agent that finally told me that in 15 days someone would look at my line from the house to the pole that is either bad or the connection is bad. 2 weeks for this and yet i pay for the intermittent service i have been receiving due to a problem with my wire

Its impossible to get anyone on the phone. Im attempting to upgrade my Internet plan and unfortunately Ive spent an hour going round and round and round on Robo calls. Its absolutely criminal how this company does business stay away.

Whether you want technical support or customer service it is impossible to get a live person. The prompts and selections are horrible. If you can not find a selection for your issue it disconnects you. It never use to be that way. This is not a money saving issue. Comcast needs to get out of the business they are in. They treat they customers like idiots. They do not deserve our dollar.

my TV constantly goes black right in the middle of a show. I have to shut it off turn it on shut it off turn it on shut it off turn it on and then theres times where I turn it on and it wont come on at all. its impossible to speak to a human being at Xfinity. You pay an exorbitant amount of money for TV and Internet and when you need help, theres nobody to freaking help you, its annoying and impersonal and Im sick and tired of wasting so much time trying to get my TV to do what its meant to do play a show all the way through Without the screen, going black and never coming back on
