I don't have a choice as they are the only service in my area
Then i went onto the chat line and spent 22 minutes with a supposed human and only got the same line, that he is helping me or working on it. Then he reset my modem without asking and lost the call.
Then i called another line and spent 20 minutes with an agent that finally told me that in 15 days someone would look at my line from the house to the pole that is either bad or the connection is bad. 2 weeks for this and yet i pay for the intermittent service i have been receiving due to a problem with my wire

- Customer service and no humans
- Have poor service

Resolved: I’m constantly having trouble with my TV and when I try and call and talk to somebody I get automated services all they keep doing is rebooting my TV and nobody is calling me back
User's recommendation: it’s simple don’t get involved with Xfinity. Their customer service sucks. You pay a lot of money for this service and you get no help when you need it.
