Well, Comcast owns them, so what do you expect? I am a Caps fan and most of their games are on their channel. There is a issue every single time the Caps play. Tonight, it's a issue with the volume. It is so sad that they don't even attempt to fix their issues. I have Direct TV, but unfortunatly i have to have Comcast Internet. Problems all the time. Comcast is horrible.

First started out the Comcast Remote wasn’t working Called Comcast and now their remote is not working nor the sound on my tv remote The rep says I have to go to their local office and get a new remote Mind you I just paid a bill of $195.00 for a service I cannot even watch and it has messed up my tv remote I am sick of Comcast! Comcast is terrible
We have no other choice but Comcast and they know that. Outages, bill hikes monthly irregardless to contract. Removal of premium channels. Customer service is awful. They have made a deal with the money grabbing bastards that run our city.
Since Comcast replaced set top box video quality has declined. New remote is a piece of junk. Too light to stay on the table. Hard to use due to too many buttons too close together. So touchy just brushing a button put box into odd modes which are difficult to undo....Read more
