Cable was cut Xfinity came and repaired it and said another crew would come to bury. 10 months later the cable is still laying on the ground

Spent over an hour on live chat trying to lower my bill.. I was assured it was taken care of.
My bill is now more. The customer service is the worst. big waste of my time.
Its not fair. this is what happens when you get a monopoly.

I couldn't understand the employee's, and they wouldn't give me someone that speaks English.
I'm hard of hearing and can't afford new ones, so I was saving money for new ones and I got on their phone plan, and it only got a signal In my apt and that it. They wouldn't take it back, and they stole $421.00 from my account.
That's my rent, I'm disabled.
But they told me that the $421.00 was for the phone. I never even got a bill

Be two YEARS since a women who didn't speak English well, not understood me SAYING NO. I didn't want the free Google phone, nor new equipment.
Still I got the phone, and equipment. Ten days, phone still in shipping box to be RETURNED turned itself on. Phone was hacked still getting messages for Linda.
That phone, synced ALL MY EQUIPMENT. My computers turned on and got hacked.
UNUSABLE NEAR TWO YEARS. PHONES, BOTH NOW ARE USELESS. NOW ONLY WORK ON Occasion. BOTH PHONES, ONE FREE, ONE PAID OFF, I'M NOW BEING CHARGED FOR A EXTRA GIGS, COSTING ME OVER $150.00++ A MONTH PLUS MODEM AND TV SERVICE OVER $300.00++ A MONTH.

NEW? Equipment still in boxes wireless. I'm not set up for wireless.
Have called, to tap numbers, hung up on, did everything I could but am screwed. Charging me double, for everything.
TV that is like regular TV. Cannot get most other channels, watch movies I've recorded, told to disconnect everything that does NOT WORK.
I WANT MY MONIES BACK FOR ALL OVER CHARGES.
EVERYTHING FIXED ESPECIALLY MY COMPUTERS. TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE AN OLD FOOL.

My service is expensive but typically works well and is reliable. However, god forbid you ever need to contact them for an issue.
My cable line from the pole was blown down where it attached to the house during a storm. I tried to schedule a repair by phone and was caught in the dreaded "loop" despite asking for a rep multiple times. Then it took me nearly an hour to schedule an appointment through the chat assistant. The tech did not show for the repair.
I again attempted to speak with a rep by phone but was unable to make contact. I then tried to speak with an agent through the app and had to request a call back. When they did call it took another 20 minutes to reschedule the appointment.
The tech did not show again and I need to waste more time to schedule another appointment. Unfortunately we have no other adequate provider in our area.

January 1st, 2024 my housing development switched over to Xfinity. Being an Xfinity Comcast customer since 1983 I thought I could bundle my landline, internet and cable with Xfinity so I called Xfinity the first week of January 2024.
I told them I am requesting one my landline be switched over from AT&T to Xfinity and two to set my house up with Xfinity. Approximately 10 days later a technician from Xfinity arrived and hooked up internally within my house from HBO to Xfinity. He explained I needed a new cable wire running from my telephone box to my house. Approximately 2 weeks later two technicians from Xfinity show up and tell me I need new wiring from the phone box to the side of my house.
They said that my telephone box was faulty and they actually went two houses down the street to their television box. They ran a wire from their box across their property, of two houses to my telephone box. Then they ran a wire from my telephone box out to the street, down the street past my house and driveway then up the side of my house. Approximately 10 days later another Xfinity person shows up and said he's there and he is burying a new landline from my telephone box to the opposite side of my house.
When I first asked to be ported over from AT&T landline to Xfinity I was told not to get rid of AT&T until the port is successful. For 2+ months I would call asking when the port would happen and I was told numerous times that Xfinity was having trouble porting over the landline from AT&T. For 3 months I paid $143 to AT&T waiting for Xfinity to Port over the landline while at the same time now paying Xfinity since january. Today, March 29th you finally ported over my landline to Xfinity.
I have to say the landline is static and noise and hard to hear the person on the other end very dissatisfied with this. During this time another Xfinity person showed up and remove the wiring across the two houses next to me. I still have an orange wire running from my phone box to the street down the street past my driveway and up to the side of my house. I called the game today March 29th and was told this would take 4 weeks.
I told him I have already waited 10 to 12 weeks and they told me to be patient.
Are you kidding me, be patient! A very dissatisfied customer, since 1983.

Damage to my property
Comcast contractors buried new service in my neighborhood and damaged my property using a backhoe to dig a large hole and now I have a large dead spot/ speed bump in my front lawn. It's almost impossible to get in contact with a company representative to get this problem they created repaired.

No one contacted me
Comcast started a construction project that should have taken 3 weeks it's now 3 months they destroyed our property by digging a trench to put the cable in and have left it and now ignore all communication

Your virtual assistant never allows you to speak to a person. I was attempting to REschedule a technician visit.

Then, hung up on me. Very frustrating.

Cant get TV signal
I needed to talk to a human being to explain what was not working, but could not do that. I finally found a number with a human attached, with whom I was able to determine that the TV receptor box was broken and I had to go get a new one.red.

I just want to pay bill AND Get my internet going again. PLEASE.
This is rediculouse. Not even an address to go to and pay it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. By calling back and finally speaking to a human with common sense that fixed the problem
Was sent a phone in error for a service I do not have nor did I request. Had to jump through hoops to get the return label for the phone that I did not order.
Spent way too much time on phone calls to get my internet payment reduced and getting this mobile service cancelled and phone returned! Xfinity should also let you know when your promotion period is over so you can look for a new one with them and not have to be on the phone texting for hours to get help!

As I said they are charging for lost phone. Well now it's about phones I never received.
Talked to upper management. Who claims now I never reported. I did every month it started billing me. I'm so sick an tired of this ongoing crap.
They're so unprofessional.
I guess it lawyer time. More money they still from an old lady on small monthly pay.

My bill went from $53 and change to $76 and change without any explanation and all I have is Wi-Fi and streaming its utterly ridiculous !! !! At these times where everything is going sky high people cant afford to live anymore and I live and Ive fixed income and Im not going to pay that much money for Wi-Fi and just to stream

My bill gets higher and higher each month and when I try to reach customer service I usually get someone who can barely speak English which is frustrating, I'm having my cable channels removed and plan to get internet essentials only!
