Invalid charge

When we called initially to add WiFi and a second cable box, we were told explicitly that because my mother has been such a long term loyal customer, you would waive the $100 technician fee. The technicians said they were here to DISCONNECT the cable service. They did not bring a second cable box They would not connect the existing wiring to the second TV. They said they would be charging a technician fee of $100. Please send us a cable box that can connect with WiFi, and do not charge us $100.

I cannot find a telephone numbrr, so I can talk to a real person and straighten out my bill. It 8d very frustrat9ng and do not know how how to get this taken care of

On June 1 Comcast did an upgrade to the service and disrupted our connection to the Internet for over two hours. I appreciate the need for constant improvement and upgrading, not telling anybody about it or informing us that the interruption was scheduled prior to it...

Why dont you just provide a phone number for customer service, not the automated system and ask and chat system, they dont give anything what people need!!!

Service interruption

It is sad, stupid and horrible that you can not speak to a representative. Everyone does not have cell phone, nor have a way to handle thing in a technical matter. This has just wiped out many of our senior citizens, like my 90 year old mother. I'm so sick of this foolishness.

Bill and over charged

I several times Ive spoken to the customer service agent and she keeps telling me that my bill will get lower and lower but it never does it just keeps getting higher and higher every time I speak to someone they tell me something different than the customer service agent before I get like maybe 500 channels and I only watch like 10 so I dont even know what the charges are for

My bill went up without notifying me

My bill went up to $89 from $50 I found out when they took money from my account. I tried to call but not was able to talk to any one about this matter

Terrible customer service

Keep getting agents who are ill informed of their own company policies tell me they will fix a problem BUT THEY never do!! Every time I try I get gibberish I AM SO SICK OF THIS !!

Need to speak with someone

Impossible to speak with a human.live chat does not answer my questionsrequested to have someone to call me instead.sat around for over 30 minutes with phone in handnever got a call and yet received two messages that attempts to call me back were madewhat?Finally after calling the general contact number for the 5th time and responding to their prompts with all wrong info.I somehow got through to an agentshe answered all my question2 hours wasted trying to get through!!!

Cancelation fee

When I called to add internet service for my home. I was advised no cancel fee if need to canceled. But they try to apply cancellation fee of $100.
