Comcast - Billing problems

I am 83 years old living on social security , I overpaid and you told me that I was behind in my payments which is not true . You owe me the overpaid payments which you was going to pay back to my account. More than 7 days passed and I still haven't recieved nothing. This is the only company I ever had problems with and I think that my bill is way to high for the service I get and I am thinking of changing to another company . Comcast - Contract confirmation

I cancelled my service and was not under contract, however your company is demanding I pay $100.00 to end my service. Back in May I called to see if there were any specials since my bill had increased. We discussed packages but I never agreed to any. Then, within a month, I am told I agreed to adding Basic TV Cable. I did not. I never received any equipment for this either. I have not wanted cable TV for years. I only use streaming and antenna for local channels and have for years. I am requesting a copy of my latest contract on file. And, I am requesting this $100 charge be removed from my last bill. I am also filing the form for Demand for Arbitration today.

User's recommendation: Stay away they are great until you sign up and get service.

I have called for 2 days trying to get new business internet service and have continually been hung up on/disconnected. YOU CAN NOT SPEAK TO A PERSON. Unfortunately I can only get comcast at this location. How is this company still in business?!

Comcast - No service . No help. Constant calls and I still can't get "on demand"

Every time I try to get support, I go through all the steps; you reset my box and nothing happens. Totally frustrating. I can get on demand in the middle of the night but not during the day. I have been doing this back and forth for over a MONTH with no results. I need to talk to a person, not a computer. This is unacceptable service and I should be rebated. Someone PLEASE call me to get this fixed.

I know people do not email re exceptional customer service. But today I had a great experience with 800 number,,conversing with Kimberly in NC, I have had problems with an old router and she actually got a tech out today!! I am NOT computer literate whatsoever...she set me up with a tech ..by the name of Ivan from MD...who helped me. They are GREAT!!!

Comcast - 3 unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit

Comcast-Denver had 3 unauthorized hard inquiries on my credit for past two years. More than a month trying to remove this from my credit and lost 32 points so far. To bad this unethical company don't have a competition otherwise I will never was a paying customer for so called business what is cost me nothing but trouble.

I received an offer from Comcast Business but when I went to redeem the $500.00 visa card offer the agent started questioning me how and why did I receive it and they never honored the offer.

User's recommendation: If you have a boring life then you can spend time fighting with Comcast. They are large but one day there services may be replaced. I used a little known company called Clear and they were cheaper and more effective in their service. But now there is just Comcast. AT&T never.
