Comcast - Increasing bill

In May 2019 I dropped my movie package with Comcast trying to save money. I am so confused by the billing since then. I was charged one time fees and I don't know what fees. It is August 2019 and my bill is $1 more than it was BEFORE I canceled the extra movie channels. Customer service sucks. I was told to switch to Roku if I wanted to save money!!

You need to cancel service immediately. Look for another provider especially if you are a paying customer.

There is a lot more "why" behind the scenes and it is only going to get a lot worse for comcast if that is possible. Research DDOS......it is all political. There are some very pissed off hackers, etc out to destroy comcast, MSNBC and large corporations connected to them and the DNC. This is global (Russia, China, N.

Korea, etc). The deep, dark internet !!!!!

Comcast in Marysville, Washington - What service?

The word customer service is like a unicorn when it comes to doing business with Comcast. Their service is the worst. Slow internet, cable continually has problems with picture and sound cutting out. When you call for "service" you get a robot with limited vocabulary so you are put through a 5 minute list of questions. When you finally get a "real" person (not sure if that is a true statement) you get useless dialog and someone who has not heard a word that you are saying. I have figured out why the lack of service when you call them. You have two opinions: either carry on with the *** service or change providers. Most people are too lazy to change so the *** service continues.

Details
Constant price hikes. Took away Cinemax after I paid to upgrade to a bundle that included. Told me as part of their agreement they can make channel lineup changes and I can’t break agreement. But I’m welcome to buy Cinemax back for $12 a month. They replaced it with their own *** channel called hitz. Garbage would complain about how bad this company smells.

My mother in law is in contract that can not get out. This is the worst cable company ever! We have had to call Comcast several times this year to be able to watch our programs. Not only cable but internet service. Very disappointed. It is always a problem in the area and they take too long to fix it.

Comcast recently is breaking their contacts with all their subscribers. This past week anyone who has a contract that they must follow has lost the Cinemax channels. Currently they are now making you subscribe to channels you are already paying for in your package...
