Account problem

I need to speak with someone in customer service. Do you have a screw in my account up for the past six months. My husband is about to kill me. Now my Internet is cut off because he said Im late. Service not working

Did not speak to anyone. It was an automated response, if your concern did not fit into one of the canned responses they must have picked one at random. It was extremely frustrating.

Paying bill

Yes I had a hard time paying my bill and couldn't get in to my account and not happy paying this redickless high bill tried to get a cheaper bundle and didn't have anything that could help me out.

Took out money before it was due with out me asking

My payment not due jan21 not jan4th and they took it out of account and didnt have money in there so now i make sure comcast will pay for it

Complaint

It has been unbearable for me trying to request a human being to talk to. Your whole system is designed to frustrate, not help. You are a giant communication co. You can afford more operators, instead of making your loyal customers go insane.

Can't connrct tv to old box

Was susposed to recieve new box 1 week ago ,have not received,problem not solved,very poor service for the price you pay
