My this month billing

My bill is changed and I want to know why. They always do this. Give you one rate and charge you something else. I hope other companies start working and providing internet access

Closing Accounts

I closed a business account (only got it because residential account kept having outages) within the 30 day period to have no charges (closed with 3 weeks because it took 8 days to get a live person on the phone) and 3 months later I am still receiving bills. I even got a call from a collection agency!! I have been transferred between the residential billing to business billing on every call. Its like the 2 groups dont even communicate with each other and that automated system sucks!!

Poor customer service

Apparently there is no longer 24 hour help available. You go through their stupid waste of time automated system and all the hoops and then find out they are closed and cannot get help. Any other company would be better than this. After being with Comcast for 33 years I will be dropping as soon as my contract is up if not before. It might well be worth the money to be rid of them

My home security alarm doesnt work properly when we activate last year . 7 to 8 months we never use alarm because COVID-19 Last month we call customer service he say need new censer but we never use.

Well, it took 3 visits and one supervisor, but your guys came through. Finally, fixed the intermittent downtime. The Wi-Fi would just drop off during different times of the day. This was going on since last year, but they sort of fixed it then. Starting getting worse...

LACK OF Customer Service

Once you have their service, they REFUSE to provide customer service. You call their CS phone number, and they DO NOT give you an option to speak to a HUMAN BEING.

I was charged a late fee. sent payment over 2 weeks prior to due date.

I was charged a $10 late fee. I tried reaching out to the company's consumer service but to no avail. I tried calling. I tried online contact but contact attempt was convoluted and attempts were cut off. You used to be able to call and speak to an agent directly by phone. But no more.

User's recommendation: Choose another company. They switch a baited in order to put me on contract then give me the same rate at discount per contract. Now customer service is a joke.

Status of communication with comcast customer service

Thank you PissedConsumer.com, you did a great job on relaying our issue to Comcast! They replied within 24 hours. They asked us to call them, we did not have time to do that. The internet speed issue is on and off during the past several days. Speed ranging from 3.05 Mbps to 94.9 Mbps without we change anything. If we got pissed again, we may just have to change to a different service. Thanks again!
