Comcast - Terrible customer service
I had to get a new TV. The volume doesn't work with comcast remote. I called to ask for the codes to reprogram which they say they don't have. The new TV is HD I asked for a cable guide which she said she could send to my email or text me. Nothing in paper. Really?" For the price of cable you would think they would be able to accomadate this. I was on the phone for 14 minutes to find this out. What a waste!!
Comcast - Just brought this movie
Pictures and video of said problem of this movie!! I not in mood for excuses or return phone calls to this situation nor I am going to listen to it you fault situation. No excuses!! I want this problem resolved I brought this movie from Comcast on demand movies. I understand things like this you should be able to troubleshoot this problem the mane title and time plus the problem is on pictures and video!!!!
Comcast - Movie I just brought
As you can see I just purchased this movie with movie title and the time frame this happened pluse picture and with video as evidence of my problem. I called in to have problems resolved, but as you can see and hear this did not work. I brought this movie for full run not this problem nor service. Now either fix this movie or refund my full fee. I not in the mood over this situation to hear excuses!! Fix this so it does not happen to me or anyone else!! I did not send it to my location due to excuses and not finding what the problem is nor having to wait for additional phone calls telling me otherwise.
Comcast - *** Poor Customer Service
Have had problems with tv cable going out,internet goes in and out, had mobile phone for 4 days call out only. They refused to send return device shipping label. Tried for over a month and i mailed it to the EVP of Comcast. Now I got a bill for 195.00 when my bill supposed to be 145.00. I asked for service to be downgraded to internet only. More problems. I do not care about any service agreement. They voided that when they tried to screw me with the mobile phone, so any agreement was made void in my opinion. You cannot yell agreement when you fail to provide service as promised, nor can you blame the customer for the unscrupulous actions your company practices.

My internet rates jumped from 49.99 a month to 79.99 a month looking for different services with better rates.

I signed up for a six-month extension for Comcast phone and internet service at an increase of about 26%, and when the six months was up they told me that my extension was for 36 months, not six, and that my cancellation fee would be over $3,000. I'm paying about $142 monthly for two phone lines and internet service. Avoid Comcast like the plague....
Comcast - Bad tech. Cable poe service with compan
5 days now no x.1 tv no internet from comcast ! thursday tech checked inside cable its good ! repaced cable modem. Outside tocomcat amplify on pole shows noise on outside trunk cable! No outside cable tech!!! Been told by 2 techs hes coming !! text supervisor in Philippines dont even know my probems here or see notes! No one communicates in comcastor talks to sub contractors!! Disorganization on repairs and don't care! Take my money and ignore my none repair no services for 5 days! Why are monopoly internet providers like comcast? Un accountable!
