RE: Residential Customer of Comcast selling to 3rd Parties
I am a Residential Customer of Comcast. I do NOT have a business, never mentioned a business on web nor F/B. I rcv'd a letter per USPS from Comcast Business addressed with my current name and address BUT included under name "Recycled Art". I do recycled art for my own hobby but NEVER posted, shared on web/F/B that I SELL Recycled Art, which I do NOT do - I have spent close to 10 days calling, pm'ing and when calling Comcast Business, they do not have me on record. Talked with a Jeff per phone, Northeast Division and No LUCK! Per Oct 2019, I found from Chief Privacy Officer, Comcast Residential, "WE DONT SELL INFORMATION to 3rd Parties". This is UPSETTING to me. Privacy Violations!

Changed tv package for better price, Comcast did not say once you switch you will lose 3 channels (when, I'd, we) also says you have 30 days to leave new tv package, but can't go back to what you had be that's no longer available, what a joke, great pr Comcast, looking for new tv provider.

I asked if I moved and did not need service if I would be billed for early termination and was told no.....guess what...I have been thru 3 supervisors and countless hours to be told it would be taken care of....oh they did.....turned me into collections!

Worst international call quality 2/10, vonage 9/10 | Comcast review
The call quality is beyond awfull if I am lucky enough to get through at all. Typically I have to call 3 to 4 times to get through and then hang up a call back once or twice to get call quality I can barely hear. NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH VONAGE. I absolutely regret dropping Vonage for Comcast.

You had me wait longer than expected and sent my package with no success of delivery and I was home on every so call attempted delivery your man never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell I even chase the truck twice to try to get my package but nothing now you want me to come Mile's out of my way to do your paid for job to pick-up my own package in my sixties and take a chance on getting mugged

After 2yrs and all the games they play don't use there service! They send out a tech they say no charge
what a joke then charge us $69.00 for a (fix) that never worked! What a joke. Leaving these idiots going to fiber optic instead of sharing a line with 6 other people! Waste of money and time! Good bye worthless company.

I'm sure they do sell your information. They rip people off. I'm sure they make money any way they can.
Addt'l Info: I have lived at my Resident aforementioned and have used Comcast Residential for 20+ years! I cannot change to another cable service as Town only allows Comcast (they have a contract).
! also live and own a condo prohibiting use of a satellite.
