Had comcast internet for about 5 years.39 dollars a month.great. Tried t.v. service for 38 days. Had to call at least 10 times with problems. Said it would be 129.00 a month. First bill 238.00. Canceled t.v. service. Now my internet service suddenly 87.00 a month. I've never been lied to so much. They must train their agents to lie and cheat people.

Comcast solicitor called me. I kept saying i wasnt interested. I was about to hangup when was offered a great deal. I agreed to it. When i received the bill it was close to double what i agreed to. Comcast will not correct the bill. They wont answer my continued requests to speak to a manager

Comcast deleted 11k of my emails. Assured me they were still on the server and would be no problem to restore them. After countless hours on the phone they didn't know why but they were deleted by Comcast and they are forever gone. I am really screwed now and Comcast does not care at all about this. Monopolies do what they do. Need regulation here is my feeling.
