Worst international call quality 2/10, vonage 9/10 | Comcast review

Details
The call quality is beyond awfull if I am lucky enough to get through at all. Typically I have to call 3 to 4 times to get through and then hang up a call back once or twice to get call quality I can barely hear. NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH VONAGE. I absolutely regret dropping Vonage for Comcast.

Details
Brought three new lines too comcast from verizon. Was supposed to get $100 a line. Had thirty days to upgrade device for $250. They never activated one of the lines went back after a week and they put a new sim card in and called the line existing so that cheated me out of both rebates.

I have reported them also to the Attorney General of Consumer Protection. After the complaint they have not charged me anymore for data over usage but it was criminal what they did to me with over usage fees and it could not have been true we had less devices and 2 less people in our home using data from a few months before. Just criminal. But I still had to pay over $200-300 in over usage and could not do a thing about it. How could I prove it except through common sense of deduction of household use myself. Fraudulent fees still continue about every 3 months.

On the morning of Tuesday, September 24, 2019, I went to log into my weezersk@comcast.net email account and was greeted with the following error message: "Error We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment." I talked to two or three support technicians at Comcast, and none of them could help me. Day 2 (Wednesday, 9/25): Problem continued; chatted with three Comcast support techs, was given two ticked IDs: SI036586833 and CR869592236. Day 6 (Sunday, 9/29): I continue to get the aforementioned error. I filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC Saturday, 9/28, and have just finished posting my complaint on RipoffReport.com. I am now going into my second week with no access to my email.

I needed it pushed to Sept 7th so i went through their chatting app to ask. Here I was told nope sorry u are being shut off tomorrow. I called customer service and they said the same exact thing.
