Comcast - Sloppy install

To start with he was an hour late, Then he had to go get a drill, witch took him another hour. By the time he was done he left wires hanging off my house damaged my soffit, Ripped the old screws out; didn't screw in new connections (just left them hanging).The box he did screw on the house is crooked as *** My six year old grandson could've done a better job. Then to top it off they had no paper work for me to sign. No paper work on the channels or how to use the remote. Very unhappy customer right here in Sebastian Florida!

Comcast in Edmonds, Washington - They Just dropped Cinemax!

We've had several problems with Comcast and more as of the last couple of weeks. Wi-fi goes out, cable goes out and now we went to watch the show Jett and couldn't because Comcast decided to cancel Cinemax all together without telling their customers! It's ridiculous!!

Comcast - Fraudulent increased billing

One year after switching from Direct Tv to Xfinity, my bill started to increase monthly. What was $124 in April is now $169 monthly. They are claiming my package was all based upon introductory prices, but that is news to me. I would have asked what the future billing would be had I known that. At NO time was I informed that the home phone and the digital preferred package would increase monthly between April and June billing. This is fraud and it is also a very ill-advised attempt at duping customers. We need a class action.

Comcast in Stockton, California - Sneaky Financial Business Practices

Our account was incorrectly sent to debt collections due to not returning our equipment. We did return the equipment and we have receipts to show proof. After almost 2 years of back and forth between Comcast and the Debt Collection Agency, it was resolved in 8/2018. The Debt Collection agency sent a letter to my email which I also forwarded to Comcast showing proof of case closed on 8/5/2018. Today which is 4/1/2019, I get a call at work for the EXACT SAME ISSUE and DOLLAR AMOUNT different Debt Collector. I called Comcast and they didnt seem to know anything about the prior case being closed. I asked then why was it sent to a different Debt Collector? They had no answer. So this is year 2.5 of dealing with a dead issue that has been brought back to life.....
