Their monthly billings keep changing almost every month. You are told you will get $10 off for automatic payment and 3 months later you are still trying to get it. Costs for services are going up by large percentages frequently. Calling them every months drove me crazy.

Be careful of Contract!!! Comcast/Xfinity don't honor them!!!!

I received a response from Drena from Comcast. According to her, Comcast raised my contract by $7 because they increase the modem fee from $13 to $14; sports fee and other fees. This is totally unacceptable. I have a contract for 2 years which I should be protected even if there are increase in fees. If I cancel, Comcast will charge me $230. Are you, the NJ Board of Public Utilities giving Comcast/Xfinity the Ok to overcharge customers and break their contract? Ticket # ESL03683571 Drena v. I've been a customer since 1986 way before it was called Comcast/Xfinity. Comcrap has grown into a giant swallower of your money with little to no regard for its customers.You can't count on selecting a package based on certain channels. They change whatever is profitable for them regardless of the outcry of their customers. I understand Comcast may be the best option in your area. Times are changing and they know it. Seriously look at cord-cutting and your viewing habits. It might work.

Comcast is still offering my 60mbps internet and phone bundle to new customers in my area for 49.99. 13 months ago that is what I was paying due to documented medical hardships with both of my children. After countless phone calls, a BBB complaint and an FCC complaint, I am now paying a "discounted" price of $89.99. I offered to pay 64.99 for the package, and they refused. I ran it up the flag pole in corporate as far as I can. Just because I'm not a new customer and in a more financially stable position than I was 2 years ago does not mean I should get raped with an 80% increase. Comcast, that's just not right! Why can't this company be normal like other companies and raise the price 2% every year instead of trying to be so greedy!

To start with he was an hour late, Then he had to go get a drill, witch took him another hour. By the time he was done he left wires hanging off my house damaged my soffit, Ripped the old screws out; didn't screw in new connections (just left them hanging).The box he did screw on the house is crooked as *** My six year old grandson could've done a better job. Then to top it off they had no paper work for me to sign. No paper work on the channels or how to use the remote. Very unhappy customer right here in Sebastian Florida!

We've had several problems with Comcast and more as of the last couple of weeks. Wi-fi goes out, cable goes out and now we went to watch the show Jett and couldn't because Comcast decided to cancel Cinemax all together without telling their customers! It's ridiculous!!
