I wanted to pay Apple bill but things didnt go as I wanted to!!! As I enter the gift card number for payment which I found out later never got there!!! I still owe on my Apple bill!!! As I said before and many it was not the equipment, if you have one Comcast cable line it would be easy to *** into for all sorts of information to obtain!!! Just like this one!!!! I getting tried of getting hacked into and losing!!!!

I am a Residential Customer of Comcast. I do NOT have a business, never mentioned a business on web nor F/B. I rcv'd a letter per USPS from Comcast Business addressed with my current name and address BUT included under name "Recycled Art". I do recycled art for my own hobby but NEVER posted, shared on web/F/B that I SELL Recycled Art, which I do NOT do - I have spent close to 10 days calling, pm'ing and when calling Comcast Business, they do not have me on record. Talked with a Jeff per phone, Northeast Division and No LUCK! Per Oct 2019, I found from Chief Privacy Officer, Comcast Residential, "WE DONT SELL INFORMATION to 3rd Parties". This is UPSETTING to me. Privacy Violations!

Addt'l Info: I have lived at my Resident aforementioned and have used Comcast Residential for 20+ years! I cannot change to another cable service as Town only allows Comcast (they have a contract).

! also live and own a condo prohibiting use of a satellite.
