some one open an account in my name , I returned equipment and was billed for it. Comcast said because I lived at the address I was responsible. Account was open in CA , had a CA phone number attached to it. I live in Mi. I never used internet with them. They should not let products be shipped in one state to another without prior consent.

Over the years they have got me for about $15 thousand dollars and they have monopolized the cable line so no one can use it except them.

Comcast Xfinity is not being up front about rental tv boxes V purchasing them . A Tv box cost around $30 to purchase . Renting it cost $5 per month per box. The internet modem cost around $50 they charge $15 per month to rent it . Top this off with loosing your new customer discount after a year or 2 taxes and equipment and rental fees your $99 dollar triple play package now cost you over $250 dollars per month. Comcast Xfinity is out of control with no end in sight. They monopolized the cable wire and held it for ransom .

My hubby and i are senior citizens and love TCM we also watched another movie channel on 354 WGN3 which is now "court tv". We don't have the $$$ for any sports packages or anything more...they took away one of our pleasures in life with the removal of these movie channels.

Comcast - Bunch of money grabbing thieves

They can put a message on your screen every night telling you you need new hardware, but when they steal TCM to a sports package, to get more money, it's on your bill in microscopic print. I've had these guys for 35 years and they were "just good enough". Never gave a real care about you as a customer. I've paid 104 per month with 3 TV's for digital starter. Then they took TCM off. I called. They didn't tell me about the package, they said I needed new boxes. I said OK. they shipped me HD boxes and charged me 35 per month more for HD, without approval and without asking. Don't go with these guys unless you have no other choice. they don't care about a 35 year customer they darned sure won't care about a new customer.
