These people are blood suckers!! They kept charging me late fees in this pandemic disaster. I didnt have a work all these months. They interrupted my service, and its almost impossible to speak with an agent. They forcing to pay the balance in order to speak with a person. Their service is horrible. I pay $120 for literally nothing, only internet.

Every phone person said it was not their fault it was somebody elses fault. over 12 prompts to push numbers to talk to somebody when a human finally got on the phone he states technician could not repair the service due to broken down cars in the parking lot we are an auto body repair shop thats what we do for a company not to understand their customers is totally unacceptable no one has contacted us no one has made any attempt to repair our service the worst service ever in any Arena of service

Comcast - Over one hour and 25 minutes on hold and Spencer going back and fourth with his support person they only give me 45 of the sixty dollars they overcharged me.

If this is how they resolve an issue with a new customer I want to go back to Verizon. Over 15 bucks they are going to lose one. Shame on you xfinity. They charged me 60 for data overage on my bill. After my first day of service we received an email we were over our data.IMPOSSIBLE! We only had one line connected. They do not empower their CSA to make decisions and waste the consumers time with on hold. Shame shame on you.

I'm so sick and tired of speaking into an automated system which hangs up on you when it does not hear a programmed response! I need to speak with an agent! Why is that so hard!!! I left Comcast before for this same issue, I came back because it was the most affordable service, but my sanity is worth more! Time to go! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
