I found an application to determine who is using my internet and making my iPhone or iPad hot plus the router. Took some pictures and didn’t expect to have so many on this internet system. Only have one master bedroom, one living room, 2 apple. iPhones, 2 Apple iPads, two smart televisions sets, and nothing else. computer is off. Ow would be the time to check.

I went on my Xfinity app for billing info. Clearly the app says that i have until Sept 1st to pay the bill or services will be suspended. I needed it pushed to Sept 7th so i went through their chatting app to ask. Here I was told nope sorry u are being shut off tomorrow. I called customer service and they said the same exact thing. Why have a app if the information is never accurate

They are called crook cast in my neck of the woods. They definitely make stuff up.

Once I was billed for some sort of soccer package. They claimed I purchased it bu then stated my neighbor purchase it and our accounts were mingled in some sort of glitch. Then they suggested we pay for it and work it out with our neighbors.

What a bunch of incompetents. We switched to time warner cable just to get away from them

Our cable line fell from the pole so the tech said he was going to run the cable under ground ... comes back the next day and this is how he left it. After going through about 6 different people and repeating my self they tell me I have to wait til the 29th for them to bury it. Sarcastic Sarcastic

I want this problem resolved I brought this movie from Comcast on demand movies. I understand things like this you should be able to troubleshoot this problem the mane title and time plus the problem is on pictures and video!!!!

As you can see I just purchased this movie with movie title and the time frame this happened pluse picture and with video as evidence of my problem. I called in to have problems resolved, but as you can see and hear this did not work. I brought this movie for full run not this problem nor service. Now either fix this movie or refund my full fee. I not in the mood over this situation to hear excuses!! Fix this so it does not happen to me or anyone else!! I did not send it to my location due to excuses and not finding what the problem is nor having to wait for additional phone calls telling me otherwise.

I also have the exact same issue with speed! Contacted Corp and essentially was told there was nothing they could do about it.

I explained to the gentleman I spoke with that they were providing false advertisements about the speed. They sale Xpods however, will not provide them at no charge because of the lack of speed they say they provide, that they actually do not.
