I wanted to pay Apple bill but things didnt go as I wanted to!!! As I enter the gift card number for payment which I found out later never got there!!! I still owe on my Apple bill!!! As I said before and many it was not the equipment, if you have one Comcast cable line it would be easy to *** into for all sorts of information to obtain!!! Just like this one!!!! I getting tried of getting hacked into and losing!!!!

I bought a gift card to pay my Apple account except something happen!!!! I just found out today the payment never got to its destination!!! I still owe the bill on my account and soon will be closed!!! No more account no activity of any kind!!! With that happening why would I need the internet service!!!!! I said before I had hackers on my internet and still no one listens or and no actions taken to guard my account!!!! When will you all do something about this situation or it just might be COMCAST next!!!!!!

I came across this interesting information on strange devices hackers could use. Easy to purchase easy to connected to Xfinity cable and run all that you have on the internet plus reads and writes on your email!! Go to Best Buy and buy a multi purpose router either wire or wireless!!!! Now why would I tell everyone about my password which was change so many times plus I look at the network and found all these connections!!! Question is would you like have this every day!!!

I have listed two things on here regarding my issues with Comcast. It appears that they have been removed only because I haven’t called again recently. I quote the words recently. Therefore I am listing or taking photos of all of the calls that I made to them going back to September 2018 to prove I have called I don’t wanna call again I want this fixed I want to have a credit for the balance you show owing and no more bills no more calls ended. If this affects The Xfinity Mobile which it appears you’re already trying to change the settings again on my phone without my permission that will have to be addressed again as well.

The workers are not reliable including the supervisors. Customer service is no better. They will lie as well.

On the morning of Tuesday, September 24, 2019, I went to log into my weezersk@comcast.net email account and was greeted with the following error message: "Error We're sorry. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again in a moment." I talked to two or three support technicians at Comcast, and none of them could help me. Day 2 (Wednesday, 9/25): Problem continued; chatted with three Comcast support techs, was given two ticked IDs: SI036586833 and CR869592236. Day 6 (Sunday, 9/29): I continue to get the aforementioned error. I filed a complaint with the FCC and FTC Saturday, 9/28, and have just finished posting my complaint on RipoffReport.com. I am now going into my second week with no access to my email.

I actually called 80 times per my call history on their website. Used bait and switch tactic to fix into new contract (illegal tactic in all 50 states).

Went through at least four or five supervisors with one saying that’s the cost of doing business. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income I don’t have a business. Lack of listening skills lack of any skills. Now they’ve sent me to collection company.

Who simply just reported it to the credit bureau’s without even a debt validation letter being sent to me.

The debt collection company is known for being unethical as well. Totally wrong legal abuse syndrome which is a form of PTSD.
