Called Comcast and nobody ever answers the phone and if you get someone the phone hands up on you!Absolutely the worst customer svc company ever.Do not get Comcast !!!!!

On the phone with Comcast right now as I surf the web. THIRD call....

the other two disconnected. Grrr.

Trying to get vacation mode and they tell me "It's not available in my neighborhood." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

On HOLD forever. Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock, Tick-tock.......

Solution: Disconnet TV and Internet for 3 weeks. Leave the phone alone at the rate of $29 for the month.

BUT, I have to call when I return and request to reconnect at the CURRENT rate plan (not the promotional one I was on).

I have a feeling I'll be talking with a supervisor in the billing department later.
