I work for Comcast WOI team. It is a no wait hotline and we do help a lot of people.
However, suddenly CC has decided that were not allowed to give credits unless they are justified and verified. No more convenience credits for your service being spotty. Or because of the sheer frustration of being on the phone for days to ger your service fixed.
Which is usually why folks are calling us. I would advise all of the CC customers to not put the last 4 of their social or their bday on the account since their are 8 people currently working the escelations dept that posted selfies of their butts and your acct info on their social media.
