Comcast business is not committed to helping their customers. They are a greedy company who put their customer service reps in the Line of fire while management does nothing to help satisfy unhappy customers.

I have requested to speak with management regarding my contract issues when closing my business & after waiting & not hearing back from anyone decided to *** the bullet on my obscene 75% early termination fee, but inquired about setting up a payment plan & you know what that company had that poor CSR tell me??? If it goes past 90 days past due, i can talk to the 3rd party collection agency to set up payments! WTF!

I lost my small business due to the economy & this is what corporate America can offer me! *** comcast business!
