Well, it took 3 visits and one supervisor, but your guys came through. Finally, fixed the intermittent downtime.

The Wi-Fi would just drop off during different times of the day. This was going on since last year, but they sort of fixed it then. Starting getting worse about 3 or 4 months ago. I just assumed I had to live with it.

My oldest son was visiting, and he noticed and called Comcast since he needed the Wi-Fi to be consistent. He is a producer for the Daily Show. Like I said, first tech, nice guy said the trouble was at the street. Leakage.

didn't help. Second guy said trouble was with some connections, didn't fix it. Third guy called his supervisor and he told the tech to rerun some bad cable. Fixed it.

All good now, so far fingers crossed.

Took about a month or so. But its fixed now.
