Returned Equipment - Still got charged for failing to return it

Stopped Service, Returned equipment a month later. . . still got stuck with a 275$ failure to return equipment charge. Fcking awesome. Have spent 1.5 hours on hold to talk to people that won't return calls, left voicemails and have never gotten a call back. Fck Comcast

The same thing happened to me. I cancelled within the 30 days because of their terrible service.

I turned in my equipment within 4 days of quiting. Their rep. I spoke with said my contract was cancelled and after I turned in my equipment, I'd get a full refund of $ 170.00 I paid for installation and various rip off fees.

Now they won't do the full refund. They only want to pay back $ 30.00.

It says clearly on the paperwork, you can get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days. Comcast sucks !!!!!
